Delivery
Delivery and handling of shipments
Packages are normally shipped within 2–3 business days after an order is placed, provided the products are in stock at our Sweden warehouse. If a product is not available in the Sweden warehouse, it will be shipped from our EU warehouse, resulting in a delivery time of approximately 7–10 business days from the order date.
Special products – such as printed clothing, exhibition materials, large-format products, printed matter with extensive post-processing, and products affected by subcontractors – may have longer delivery times. You will always receive feedback regarding exact delivery times once order processing has begun.
Delivery security and payment
For your safety, goods are always delivered before payment is made, unless otherwise specifically agreed. This guarantees that you, as a customer, receive your products before paying – a level of security we prioritize.
All invoicing is handled via Fortnox Invoice Service, providing you with a secure, reliable, and professional payment environment with clear terms and automated reminders.
Shipping options and requests
We primarily use PostNord, DHL, Nettobud, and the forwarding service Shiplink for package shipments. Indicate any specific delivery requests at checkout or via email after placing your order.
